Info from Kjerag Tourist information

Looks like we are on track to open mid to late May.
We will open as soon as the road is cleared for snow. For people coming late May and most of June you will be Hiking on snow. It’s not more dangerous than the rest of the season, but you have to be more careful and the hike will for some take a little longer.
When taking pictures, make sure not to get to close to the edge as it can shave off like an iceberg. My staff and I will be there to give you advise and recommendations and in some instances when we have a lot of fog you will NOT be able to go on the hike.
